Information, not a recovery promise
Website content describes potential audit services and is general information, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. A billing discrepancy does not necessarily qualify for a refund. Eligibility depends on carrier rules, contract terms, available evidence, claim deadlines, and carrier review. No recovery amount or savings result is guaranteed.
Initial audit offer and fees
The initial offer has no upfront audit fee. Scope, responsibilities, any contingency fee, and the treatment of actual recoveries must be set out in a written engagement agreement. An inquiry or discussion does not create an engagement, authorize a claim, or commit either party to provide or purchase services.
Records and permissions
Before sharing shipment or billing records, confirm that you are authorized to do so. The engagement should specify the invoice sample, transfer arrangements, confidentiality obligations, and any authority needed to pursue claims or credits. Do not send carrier credentials through this website.
Website use
Use the website only for lawful business inquiries. Do not submit misleading information, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. Bearson branding and website material may not be used to imply an affiliation or endorsement without permission.
